i-BILL – Pricing Schedule

The i-BILL service is charged at 4.75% of invoice amount, this charge covers all invoicing, collections and reconciliation costs.  This includes all phone call, postage and time costs associated with chasing payments.  All charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

PHF believes in having no “Hidden Charges” so the only additional charges are:-

• £300 one off sign up fee.
• £6.50 for chasing an invoice that has already been paid directly to you but where PHF has not been notified.
  

Where PHF process card payments surcharges will apply.  These are payable by the invoice payer unless you notify us that you wish to absorb the charge:

• Debit card payment surcharge of 50p per transaction
• Credit card payment surcharge of 2.75% of the transaction value
