BILL-e – Pricing Schedule

The BILL-e Software is free, just load your account with i-credits and you can start billing. 1 i-credit = 1 invoice.

There are two options for loading credits:

Pay as you Go – as the name suggests just load on the credits you need and recharge when the credits are run down.

• £50 = 100 i-credits (50p/invoice)
• £100 = 220 i-credits (46p/invoice)
• £250 = 600 i-credits (42p/invoice)
• £500 = 1250 i-credits (40p/invoice)

Annual Contract – if you are a high user an annual contract may suit you better.

• £300/annum = unlimited invoices

Other charges

• BILL-e Helpline is charged at 5 i-credits (or £2.50 for Annual Contract customers) /5min call, Calls are rounded up to nearest 5 minutes

VAT

• All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate
